The restrooms are located at The Sound. Once you leave The Sound and head out on Cypress Waters Trail, there will not be a restroom until you return to The Sound.

Stay on the path at all times. Obey Cow Crossing areas and keep clear of Cows, no approaching or touching. Watch children carefully and keep them close. Obey the No Trespassing Signs and watch for out wildlife.
Individuals are allowed to use the Cypress Waters Trails for professional photography. The Cypress Waters Trails are open to the public and cannot be closed off in any way to accommodate your activities. It is a first-come, first-serve public amenity. All city/county laws still apply, and no vulgar activities will be tolerated in any way.
Aerial photography is allowed if all FAA regulations are being followed for the type of equipment you will be using. There is controlled airspace near Dallas Ft. Worth Airport and you may need to contact the regulating authorities for authorization to do so.
No motorized vehicles allowed on the Trail besides Cypress Waters Trail personnel.
No boats or swimming are allowed in North Lake
Yes, dogs are welcome on the trail. Please remember to clean up after your pets and respect other trail users and keep dogs on leash at all times.
Fishing is allowed in and along North Lake but is a catch and release lake.
No horses are allowed on the Cypress Waters Trail.
There is not a dedicated Cypress Waters Trail police unit; however, the security for Cypress Waters do patrol the area. Dial 911 for an emergency. Designated 911 markers can be found throughout the trails.
